Continuing my photo tour of Indiana's waterfalls, I headed down to Spencer, Indiana, and McCormick Creek State Park. I didn't have enough daylight to tour the entire park, but from what I saw this place is amazing! I hiked Trail #3 down to this area of the river seen in my images, but there are several more hiking trails and even a hotel/lodge right by the trailhead.
If you look at the image above you can see the rock ledges that have formed over the years, and I believe these are used as part of the hiking trail. However on my trip I think the creek was swelled up a bit from some rain we've had, and the natural rock ledge trail was under water after this point.
