Belize Wildlife

I wanted to post some shots of the wildlife and wasn't sure of all the scientific names of the animals, so I want to play a game...please leave comments if you know any of the species names, family, etc. of the pictured animals.  If nobody plays along, then I'll get the hint and try to to do more research, or...hopefully not, just give each a generic name.  The parrots are parrots, sure, so I'm looking for the spiders and the other bird types.  Thanks for playing...let's learn!

  1. The parrots are Red-Lored parrots which are common throughout Belize. You can post these pictures in Creatures of Belize Facebook page and would get responses to names almost if not immediately. Great pictures btw. 🙂
