We travelled to the sleepy fishing village of Hopkins, Belize and enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and reading. While there, a glorious double rainbow appeared just before sunset and I jumped to photograph it.
We booked a cabana at Lebeha Drumming Center in Hopkins, Belize for one night. Being a fishing village, there is not much to do as far as entertainment, but the beach is great and the pizza next door was good if a little pricey, at $50 BZD. They did have amazing conch fritters. Natasha and I lazed around reading and soaking in the breeze before our next stop in Southern Belize…Placencia.
