What a great town! San Ignacio, Belize, is pretty small but has plenty to do with a bunch of small shops, bars/restaurants, a farmer’s market, and the Belize River running through it, including a good mix of people from all over the world. Well we found a place to stay rather quickly…at least for a month or so. At our first stop in Corazol I struck up a conversation with a gentleman who managed the hotel we were staying at, The Copperhorse Inn. He knew a guy in San Ignacio, a town that was already on our radar
